In this webinar, participants will learn about the AZ Reads initiative to launch innovative and engaging literacy programs in K-12 schools in Arizona. AZ Reads provides funding support (up to $2,500) for literacy programs led by Arizona educators in partnership with K-12 schools and nonprofits that serve Arizona schools.
The first hour of the webinar will cover the information needed to create a proposal with examples of previously funded projects. The final half hour will be a workshop where participants will brainstorm a literacy project and begin the application process.
AETA is proud recipient of the AZ Reads program (2022 & 2023) and invites AZ educators to create new partnerships with AZ Humanities.
